Is your beloved daughter about to go away to college for the first time, and you are a little worried about her safety and well being? Well, do not worry yourself because the school probably has many safeguards in place against any sort of problem! They probably have great campus security and well lighted paths for walking after dark. Plus, you will remind your little girl not to go places alone, particularly at night!
Now, there are a few good gadgets that you can order for your precious daughter, just in case there is ever a freak occurrence and she has to fight back against some punk! Here are some awesome items for a college girl to take away to school with her!
A Door Brace which is a device that is made of very sturdy metal and is collapsible and can travel easily and when it is needed, the door brace can be extended to the proper length to wedge it between the door knob and the floor making it difficult or even impossible for someone to push the door open even after it is unlocked. These door braces are especially good in a dorm room situation, as long as the roommate doesn’t put it on for the night while the other roommate is still out studying at the library. These door braces are quite handy to have for anyone who wants to insure added security while home alone or while sleeping at night.
A non-lethal, self-defense Pepper Spray is something that every woman from 21 to 71 should carry, and especially all college girls, because you just never know what might happen! There are way too many creeps out there and even on a very safe campus, there is always the chance of a once-in-a-great-while situation! A powerful, self-defense pepper spray right in the face will surely change the plans for anyone who tries to mess with your little one, and he won’t even be able to do anything for about a half an hour while your daughter escapes to safety. Of course, we both hope that she never has to use the pepper spray, but it sure is great for her to carry one at all times!
A Personal Alarm or Electronic Whistle is another awesome item for her to carry just in case. These are battery operated little items carried in the pocket or purse, and when needed, they will emit a very loud siren type of sound to attract attention and HELP!
A Diversion Safe is extremely important for a college girl to have, or even a college boy for that matter, because (in the case of the girl) she will not be carrying around a lot of cash with her on a daily basis, but she will have some cash with her at school, and it isn’t something that she’ll want to leave lying around, particularly with another roommate and the friends of the roommate that will come to visit. A diversion safe looks like a can of soda, or fruit cocktail, or just about any type of product, and it has a secret compartment inside where she can hide cash, jewelry, and other small valuables that need to be hidden.
Now, if you don’t find these items in your local neighborhood store, not to worry because you can go to a great website for all types of personal protection and self defense items and place the order and have these things shipped to your door! Here’s a great place to visit… www.FightBackGroup.com where they have everything you need!

Choosing the right self defense product is a very individual thing, and it can be a little bit challenging when you see the wide range of products on the market today. Most people who are looking for an item to use for self defense will consider several things, with versatility, safety, and ease of use being some primary concerns. One of the most popular self defense products on the market today is the cell phone stun gun. This is a unique and discreet way to put your personal safety first.
There are quite a large number of self defense products being made today, with a variety of styles. While most of the items are very clearly identifiable as personal defense type items, there is a new choice that is gaining popularity today. The cell phone stun gun looks exactly like a typical cellular phone, complete with keyboard, screen, and carry case. It is even equipped with an extra that cellular phones do not normally have: A 12 LED flashlight that can cast a strong beam of light in even the darkest night. In actuality, it is a fully powered stun gun that is capable of warding off any attacker.
The cell phone stun gun may look like an ordinary and completely harmless mobile phone, but it is actually packing 950,000 volts of power. This is a strong and effective item that can insure your personal safety. There is a bi-level safety mechanism included to prevent any accidental damage. The safety switch must first be engaged, and then the trigger must be depressed, to discharge the stun gun. This is a small item that packs a powerful punch. At only 3.8 inches high, this cell phone stun gun looks like any regular phone, but it is as effective, or more effective, than any other similar tool for self defense. Taking an attacker by surprise is a very valuable tool in itself, and this item will fool anyone into thinking it is a totally benign mobile phone. This is the self defense tool that no attacker will ever see coming, and one that will give you the confidence you need to face down an attacker and defend yourself with decisiveness and swiftness.

All women should carry a non-lethal, self-defense pepper spray with them, these days!
It is no secret that in today’s world there are too many risks and dangers around every corner…well maybe not exactly around every single corner, but there are too many potential problems out there, at least now and then.
Reality is that many people, especially women, should be carrying some sort of item for self defense, just in case something does happen. Take for instance, a college girl! You wouldn’t want to see a nice college girl become a victim, but if some person decides to target her for a wallet snatching or something worse, you wouldn’t want to see her just hand it to them, and then go through weeks of repairing the lost and stolen card problem.
Imagine there is some punk who wants to steal your wallet, and as bad as that is, it will send you into a nightmare of making phone calls, being on hold for hours, visiting motor vehicles, which is a whole other nightmare in itself, all because of this thoughtless thug, it’s no wonder some people carry a gun for self defense!
Anyway, there are many great forms of self defense items available, and one of the most popular choices amongst law abiding adults seems to be a pepper spray! These products will stop and disable an attacker for about a half an hour, but will not cause any long term damage or harm to the creep! (Shucks!) But these pepper sprays are the perfect way to fight back!
A pepper spray is simply a small and lightweight canister and will easily fit in your pocket, and when sprayed in the face of the attacker, it will make his eyes burn, he will have trouble breathing, he will choke and cough, and he won’t be able to continue the attack while you escape away to safety! It is ideal for punks who think they might take your money or your wallet, or who try to take away a college girl’s dignity!
One good pepper spray in the face of the person, and they will be temporarily unable to do anything but lay there and be in a state of confusion while you escape to safety. What could be better than that? Now, if your local retailer doesn’t carry these wonderful self-defense items, then you can order them online. A great source is www.FightBackGroup.com where they have a huge selection, great prices, and fabulous service! Your order will be sent via UPS directly to your door!

Millions of Americans want to protect themselves with a good, non-lethal form of a self defense product. Many people carry a pepper spray for the purposes of self defense. Pepper sprays come in a variety of shapes and sizes. There are key chain pepper sprays, pepper spray pagers, pepper sprays hidden in what looks like a woman’s lipstick, and the list goes on.
More intense, more powerful, and more effective are Mace brand Pepper Gels. These are shot as a stream, but instead of liquid form, they are in a gel form, and can travel up to 18 feet, and since it is a gel, rather than a liquid, it literally splatters all over the face of the perpetrator. It will stick to their face like glue and really ruin his day! When the person tries to wipe it from their eyes, they will just be rubbing it into their eyes, and making the effects even worse!

With the lousy economy that we are currently faced with, there are more purse and wallet snatchings happening. Self defense items are a great idea. Many folks are choosing to carry non-lethal self defense items such as personal alarms, pepper sprays, and stun guns.
If you go out in public, you should always lock you car door, while driving, as well as, when you get to a place of business, where you will park the car, even if only for “a minute.” In fact, you should get into the habit of always locking your car, even in your own driveway. It also couldn’t hurt to keep a pepper spray or stun gun in the car, and you should always be prepared, just in case somebody tries to mess with you!
After nightfall, when you are leaving a school, business, or house of worship, or even in your own neighborhood while walking the dog, it is a good idea to walk at a brisk pace, stay in well lighted areas, and avoid areas that are dark. These places where potential attackers could be looming should be avoided
We have all heard it said that if a person ever needs help, instead of shouting, “Help me, help me,” it is better to yell, “Fire!” For some reason, strangers are more likely to help in the case of fire, but the word “help,” scares most folks away. A loud and strong electronic whistle can effectively attract help in the same way.
If you need to visit an ATM, why not do it during the day while the sun is shining? Why take the chance, after dark, considering the way that things are today? Maybe you don’t even have to visit ATMs anymore; you can go into the bank during business hours. This common sense move will help you to stay away from potential problems, and using ATMs after dark is certainly not a good idea for anyone, at least not anymore.

How do you do that, you are wondering? Well, you can guard your child with a Child Guard, which is an interesting and technological gadget that allows the child to wear a cartoon character looking bracelet and it is actually a small radio transmitter. Then the child’s parent or caregiver has a small key chain sized receiver, which will alert them if and when the child begins to wander too far away. The effective range can be changed to suit a person’s needs, and the range can be anywhere from six to thirty feet. This device is battery operated, expertly crafted, and will give you and your spouse, some real peace of mind regarding the safety of your child!

Maggie wasn’t afraid of too many things, but she did have a problem with dogs. Since a childhood experience where she got attacked and bitten, dogs made Maggie very uneasy, and she was never able to get past the trauma of that childhood experience. She didn’t hate them or anything, she was just terrified whenever a dog came anywhere near her.
Maggie lived in a beautiful condo, in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but right next door there was a friendly neighbor; Mrs. Jackson, who was an elderly and retired school nurse who was as nice as could be. Mrs. Jackson had this big huge dog that was harmless, but it always made Maggie scared to death, particularly when the neighbor would let the dog out in front of the condo to run around by itself, as the elderly lady was sometimes too tired to walk him.
When Maggie would come home from work, or when she was leaving the house to go somewhere, and the dog was right outside, eight feet away from Maggie’s sidewalk, she would be overcome with fear, and almost couldn’t leave the house. She didn’t want to complain to the nice old lady about the huge loose dog.
One day while Maggie was shopping online, she saw this great item: an electronic super dog chaser! This was a battery operated device that would emit a loud sound that was at a frequency that dogs could hear but humans could not. The frequency was 20,000Hz to 25,000Hz and would scare away a dog, because they find the sound annoying. It was of course completely harmless to the animals, it would just cause them to go away.
So, Maggie ordered one of these great electronic super dog chasers, and was glad that whenever she would need to leave the house, while the dog was outside, she would simply step out the front door, press the button, and the dog would look for a moment as if he was thinking “what the heck is that?” then he would walk away around the corner of the building, and Maggie could get out to her car without any fear. An electronic super dog chaser made her more comfortable without having to ever confront or upset her nice neighbor. If you need such a device, they are available at this great website filled with safety and personal protection items at www.FightBackGroup.com and be sure to check it out!
